3. Teach Course
3.1 Course content
3.1.1 Chapter List: Displays the course and chapter, as well as the course status
icon for each chapter. From [ Course establish ] and
[ Courseware ] of [ Curriculum ] you can create courses
and content chapters
3.1.2 Function buttons and chapter information:
(1) Open: Open and view the file
(2) Chapter Information: Displays the name of the course module, the number of
hours, and the scheduled class date.
The hours are set from "Schedule Courseware" in
"Course Planning".
No hours are displayed for accounts with student privileges.
3.1.3 Resource List: Displays the resources in the chapter
3.2 My File
3.2.1 Category Function Buttons
(1) New category: Add a new category folder
(2) Rename category: Rename a category folder
(3) Delete category: Delete a category folder
3.2.2 File Category List: Show category folders by class
3.2.3 File Function Buttons
(1) Import: Upload files to the database
(2) Export: Download files to a local target folder
(3) Copy: Copy file
(4) Cut: Cut the file
(5) Paste: Paste the copied and cut files
(6) Modify: Set up file sharing and comments
(7) Delete: Delete a file
3.2.4 File List: Show the files in the category folder, double click to open the file
3.2.5 Import files
(1) Click [ Import ].
(2) Select the file to be imported
(3) Click [ Open ].
(4) Displays the file information window, you can set file sharing and comments
(5) Click [ OK ] to import files
3.3 Shared file
3.3.1 Function buttons
(1) View: Open the file directly
(2) Download: Download to target location
3.3.2 Shared category list: Shows the category folders of files shared by accounts in the
same class
3.3.3 File List: Shared files
