4. Course Record
4.1 Teaching progress
4.1.1 Function button:
(1) Edit: Enter edit mode to edit the course progress status and lesson time
(2) Save: Save the edited content
(3) Abandon: Discard the edited content and revert to the pre-edit state
(4) All Expand: Expand all courses
(5) All Collapse: Fold all courses
4.1.2 Progress List
4.1.3 Editing progress
(1) Press [Edit] to enter editing mode
(2) Click on the Progress column to change the progress status icon
(3) Click on the Actual class date column, select the date of the class
(4) Edit the Actual hours to key in the hours of the class.
(5) Click [Save] to save the progress of the lesson.
4.2 Attendance record
4.2.1 Time function button
(1) New Time: Add a new class time when the cursor is on the class.
(2) Modify Time: Change the class time when the cursor is on the time.
(3) Delete Time: Delete class time when the cursor is on the time
4.2.2 Attendance Time List: Shows the class attendance time for the course level
4.2.3 Attendance Status List: Shows the attendance status of the class.
4.2.4 Attendance Status
You can choose from the following five attendance statuses:
(1) - : Regular Attendance
(2) Absence (notified)
(3) Late
(4) Left early
(5) Absent (unnotified)
4.2.5 New Time
(1) Put the cursor onto [ Class ].
(2) Click [ New time ] to display the window for selecting course time
(3) After editing the intended time, click [OK] to finish adding the time.
4.2.6 Edit Attendance Status
(1) In the attendance time list, put the cursor onto the select class time of the course.
(2) In the attendance status list, click on the student who attended the class.
(3) Click [ Modify status ] to change the attendance status
(4) Select the attendance status in the < Status > pull-down menu
(5) Click [OK] to complete the attendance modification.
4.3 Explanation of Consumable Record interface
4.3.1 Function button
(1) New Time: Add a new time to the class when the cursor is on the class.
(2) Modify Time: Change the class time when the cursor is on the time.
(3) Delete Time: Delete the class time when the cursor is on the time.
4.3.2 Time List: Shows the class time for the course level
4.3.3 Record List: Shows the items and status of consumables
