5. Machine Operation Panel
Provide all of buttons, switch buttons and key to operate the machine, and
machine status light
5.1 Modularized Control Panel
(1) Emergency stop button
(2) Mode and operation button
(3) Spindle rotation button and other assisted button
(4) Axial movement override knob
(5) Spindle rotation speed controller
(6) Cutting feed adjust override knob
(7) Program Lock
(8) Hand Wheel panel
5.2 Emergency stop button and user authority level lock description
5.2.1 Emergency stop button
When emergency situation happen and want to stop all of the machine immideatly,
Press【Emergency Stop Button】to realease the button and return the status.
5.3 Set user authority level
(1) Level 1, modify the basic level parameter
(2) Level 2, modify the advanced level parameter
(3) Level 3, modify all level of parameter

5.6 Spindle Controller Operation Description
To adjust the speed, to rotate and to stop.
5.7 Cutting feed operation description
Setting the cutting feed of the tool

5.9 Handwheel MPG Operation Description
When need to move the spindle to specify position accurately, enter the handwheel MPG mode and use MPG panel to operate
(1) Click manual mode button 【JOG】
(2) Click handwheel button 【MPG】
