4. Controller Panel Operation
4.1 Function Introduction
4.1.1 Button Description
4.2 Edit Program
4.2.1 Program management
Edit, execute, modify, copy or rename the program anytime with program management. Delete the necessary program to release more storage.
(1) Click [Category function display button]
(2) Due to the default setting of [Program Lock] is level [1], therefore
It is unavailable to add new NC code. Switch [Program Lock] to level [3]
4.2.2 New Program Number and Comment
(1) Click the【New】button of [Vertical Software Button] in
[Program Manage] window
(2) Key in file name e.g.NC1014
(3) Click【OK】
4.2.3 Add Program Content
E.g.
N1 G17 G40
M06 T01
S1200 M03
G54 G90 G00 X-57.5 Y-114.566
(1) Move the cursor and key in NC Code in the content, N1
(2) Click , will show up the newline symbol “¶”
(3) Repeat step(1) and (2), key in the NC code
e.g. Space symbol, click
4.2.4 Copy, paste program content
(1) Move cursor to the start of the coping section
Click【Mark】button of [Vertical Software button] or
[ Cursor and switch page] button
(2) Move cursor to choose the needed section
(3) Click【Copy】
(4) Move the cursor to the needed position, click【Paste】
4.2.5 Delete Programs Content
(1) Move cursor to the start of the deleting section
Click【Mark】button of [Vertical Software button] or
[ Cursor and switch page]
(2) Move cursor to choose the deleting section
(3) Click【DEL】
